Spring Hill Manor Rehabilitation &
Convalescent Hospital

More Stars Are Better! Did you know that Spring Hill Manor Rehabilitation & Convalescent Hospital is the only Four-Star rated nursing home in Grass Valley? In fact, Spring Hill Manor has been the only Four-Star rated nursing home since Medicare began its rating system in December 2008. Don’t miss out on the premier rehabilitation hospital in beautiful Nevada County. Why settle for less?

Spring Hill Manor has been locally owned and operated since 1966. At 86 beds, it’s big enough to offer your loved one the best in rehabilitation, nursing, dietary services and more, yet small enough to apply the standard in personal care and attention that has led to its 100% ranking in “Overall Satisfaction” and “Recommendation to Others.”

Spring Hill Manor offers over 1,000 square feet of modern rehabilitation space and equipment, featuring the unique “Solo-Step” therapy program which allows restored opportunity and confidence in walking and daily activities. Our licensed physical, occupational, speech and language therapists are highly trained and skilled and friendly too! Be sure to visit our therapy dog, Mu-Shu.

Another unique feature is the facility's lift-equipped transportation van, available at no cost for appointments and transporation of residents and family members.

Our mission is to provide everyday heart-felt care with exceptional, warm-hearted people.
